Subscriptions and Plans
Subscriptions are optional. You can order and download data without a subscription using pay-as-you-go credits. Plans primarily govern support level, SLA terms, request limits, and selected platform capabilities.
What a Subscription Changes
- Support priority and response expectations
- SLA commitments (where applicable by agreement)
- API and platform request limits
- Access to plan-specific capabilities
Separate from Usage Pricing
Subscriptions do not replace order and download usage pricing. Usage remains pay-as-you-go through credits and monthly tier mechanics. For pricing mechanics, see Pricing overview.
View Your Current Plan
- Open dashboard.clearsky.vision.
- Go to Billing and Pricing to review current plan/subscription details.

Recurring Order Cancellation
