Email is the preferred channel for new issues, especially when you need account or API assistance quickly.

What to Include

Include:

  • account email used in ClearSKY,
  • order GUID (if relevant),
  • endpoint and HTTP method used,
  • timestamp in UTC (or include timezone),
  • sanitized request payload,
  • response status code and error body,
  • expected behavior vs actual behavior.

Security Notes

  • Do not send API keys, bearer tokens, or raw secrets.
  • If needed, share only redacted payloads and headers.
