Use this glossary when a term appears in workflow pages and you need a precise shared definition.

Terms

  • AOI (Area of Interest): the spatial area requested for ordering or download.
  • ApiRequests: order field used to define planned API retrieval pattern tied to pricing/storage logic.
  • Availability check: endpoint call that validates date-level or request-level fulfillability before processing.
  • Bandnames: requested output bands or expressions (for example rgb, explicit bands, or index expressions).
  • Composite: output generated for a custom geometry and single date using configured model/constellation settings.
  • DataType: output pixel type such as INT16 or UINT8.
  • EpsgProjection: target CRS EPSG code for output reprojection.
  • Historical order: order with fixed From and To dates.
  • ImageFrequency: cadence setting controlling how often dates are expected.
  • Live order: order where future dates are still expected under current configuration.
  • Model: specific selectable processing model value used in requests (for example Stratus2, Stratus2Fast).
  • Order credits (EUR): credits used to create tasking orders.
  • OrderingProcessStatus: lifecycle status for an order (for example Preparing, Completed, UpToDate).
  • Processing units: credits consumed during download/processing requests.
  • Recurring order: live order with no fixed To date that renews monthly until canceled.
  • ReferenceDate: cadence anchor date used with ImageFrequency.
  • SatelliteConstellations: selected source constellation set (for example Sentinel and Landsat combinations).
  • StorageMonths: configured retention window for produced data.
  • Tile / Minitile: predefined grid units used for tile-based ordering and retrieval.
  • UploadUrl: destination URL used for server-side file delivery instead of direct binary response.
  • UTM data selection mode: strategy for handling UTM-zone behavior in UTM EPSG outputs.
