API Request Limits
When you place an order, you’ll receive enough processing credits to acquire images of your entire area of interest at the frequency you selected (e.g., daily updates over a specified period). If you require additional access – such as for reacquiring images – you can purchase extra processing credits to support your needs. See our processing credit pricing in the billing section.
API Request Limits

Requests per Second: The first paid plan ("Starter"), got 4 concurrent requests per second. If your project requires higher throughput, consider upgrading the plan or contact us to discuss increasing your limit.

Credit Limit per Request: Each individual download request has a single processing credit limit of 2000 processing credits. If your area of interest or request exceeds this, consider splitting your request into smaller sections or contact support for assistance.

Minimum Credit Charge
- Minimum Credit Unit: The smallest unit of a processing credit is 0.01.
- Minimum Charge: For any API requests covering areas smaller than 0.1 km², a minimum charge of 0.01 processing credits applies per request.
Credit Expiration
All processing credits – including those provided with your initial order and any additional credits purchased – expire one year after they have been added to your account. Please ensure you utilize your credits within this timeframe to maximize their value.
Credits can remain valid even after your selected image storage duration has ended. This means you can use any remaining credits to reacquire images from another order within the one-year validity period.
